🧱 What the Partnership Looks Like

While details vary by project, most capital partnerships follow this framework:

1. You co-own the project entity (typically an LLC)
2. Your name is on the Operating Agreement
3. You review the full development plan and budget before committing
4. You have meaningful decision-making authority on major items
5. We oversee day-to-day development and management
6. You receive regular updates, financials, and performance reports
7. All projects are governed by a signed Joint Venture Agreement created in partnership with our legal counsel and yours.

4. Agree on Terms & Execute the Agreement. We'll align on roles, responsibilities, capital needs, and project timelines through a formal agreement.
5. Fund Your Capital Contribution. You contribute your agreed capital. We move forward with land purchase and development.
6. Build, Launch, Operate. We handle execution and management while you stay informed and involved in high-level decisions.
